RISK ASSESSMENT
We carry out and monitor a thorough analysis and assessment of all risks in the workplace to identify and prevent potential hazards.
TRAINING
An ongoing training program to develop the necessary knowledge and skills for safe operations. Over 900 hours of specific courses in 2023.
Awareness
We foster a safety culture by educating employees about workplace hazards and encouraging them to report unsafe conditions and suggest solutions.
Monitoring
We constantly monitor our safety performance, analyzing accident data and taking steps to improve.

- 85% reduction in accidents: at our Gubbio plant, we have seen an 85% reduction in accidents from 2006 to 2023, demonstrating the effectiveness of our preventative measures.
- Zero accidents at Ravenna: thanks to our ongoing dedication to achieving safety, accidents have been completely eliminated.
